Our service

When you make an enquiry for live music via PianoForte Entertainment, this is what will happen:

  • We will ask about your event and the atmosphere you want to create. You can tell us about your favourite styles of music, the dress code and any particular theme.
  • We will need to know your budget to ensure we suggest affordable entertainment.
  • Unless you already know which act you would like, we will find two or three acts that match your criteria and budget.
  • After you have decided on an act, we will send you a booking form that specifies how the act will fit in with your event and what is required for the act to make a successful contribution.
  • After the booking form is signed, we will e-mail you an invoice for the deposit.
  • We will contact and brief the entertainers, making sure they know exactly what is expected of them, including arrival times, location and the equipment they need to bring.
  • A month before the event, we will send you an invoice for the balance, payable two weeks before the event.
  • A couple of days before the event, we will send you a mobile contact number for the act and vice versa.
  • After the event, we will phone to ask you if you were happy with the performance and our service. We always welcome testimonials for our website, too.
  • All bookings are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Our quality procedures are laid out in our Quality Management Statement.
